Morning sightseeing

27 April. Being excited from the day’s activities prior at Cuatros Vientos airport I felt like I was on cloud nine with a sense of accomplishment.

On Monday 24 April in Milan, we received notification of another company visit in Madrid with IATA.It is amazing how many emails and phone calls you conduct to generate another company visit. I had a sense of failure as I did not receive any replies from the multiple avenues I used to make this happen. It was not until the last-minute confirmation occurred.

I was extremely excited about the visit, I could not sleep. I had to get out of bed and see as much of Madrid as possible. 4 degrees in the morning made it hard to get out of bed but I was too excited and wanted to visit as many land sights as I could. Casa de Campo, Cathedral de Santa Maria, Museo del Traje, Plaza Mayor, Museo de America, Madrid observation tower etc. etc. etc.…. too many beautiful places to visit and amazing coffee along the way. I am going to miss Espressos.
