I hold a strong military aviation profession of 12 years. I am currently conducting further studies at Haaga-Helia Porvoo, University of Applied Science in Finland. I am Specialising in Aviation Business as this will allow me to further my knowledge and skills within the aviation industry. I am expected to complete the program by 2020 but my goal is to obtain my degree by the end of 2018 through time management. After the completion of my degree, my ambition is to become employed within aviation safety and compliance.

 

Working in the Aviation industry with my previous career, it has allowed me to obtain extensive knowledge and experience with operations management. I have the ability to manage multiple operational duties and complete priorities in environments of high stress.

I executed the management of daily operation duties to coordinate flight planning with aircrew, liaise with internal and external organisations and communicate information to accomplish the operational objective. During this time, I was the COMSEC custodian. This ensured the accountability of sensitive material was accounted. All these actions provided command, control and support within the establishment.

I managed a large number of staff whilst multitasking duties for current and future operations. I have the ability to be flexible with mentoring staff of all levels to ensure roles and responsibilities are met. Throughout this period, all training and tasks were conducted in multiple working environments. This has allowed me an ability to adapt to any situation.

Continuous improvement within the workplace was enhanced through; the administration of policies and procedures, counseling, training, scheduling, coaching, mentoring and monitoring employees verbally and non-verbally to execute job expectations and to enhance the organisational reputation. Current and future planning was maintained for the organisations expectations and for personal networking (internally and externally). This enhanced career growth and knowledge within the specialist trade.

Operational objectives were contributed within the workplace through strategic planning & reviews, preparation and executing plans in the working environment, implementing productivity, quality for customer service standards in order to resolve future complications.
