Personal development

During this semester, I believe I need to prepare and plan time management skills accordingly. If I have multiple assignments given to me, I remain focused on one project before commencing the next one. I need to ensure adequate time is disbursed equally between them all. This will ensue I remain goal orientated and focused.

Due to the nature of being a mature student, it has been some time working with young students. The early stage thoughts of commencing my studies was exciting, recently my tolerance is diminishing. Age and ethics create an impact on the way how people act and react e.g. project work. In order for me to understand this, I need to ensure I listen and communicate well with others, to ensure the balance of working with people and listening skills are achieved, I will communicate clearer for a better achievement.

As we have not commenced applying law and regulations in our studies thus far, I will commence personal research of EU rules and regulations to have a basic understanding of how to apply such applications.

Two weeks ago, ABBA were broken into groups to sell our study plan to one another. I noticed I was nervous whilst presenting this task formally. As I have recognised this lack of my own achievement, I need to ensure to sell myself and be confided in the product I am selling. This will be achieved if I research and study the task at hand thoroughly.
